Set within the leafy surrounds of Sydney’s North Shore, ATARA by Metta Developments is a collection of twelve contemporary townhouses designed to balance refined living with everyday functionality. Grounded in a sustainability-conscious approach, the development responds to the demands of modern life through considered spatial planning, natural light and a restrained material palette. MAMO Wind Drifts sintered stone was selected throughout the project, bringing a calm architectural surface defined by soft movement and understated tonal variation. The material’s durability, low porosity and contemporary aesthetic made it particularly suited to the project’s high-functioning kitchen environments, reinforcing ATARA’s focus on longevity, practicality and elevated residential design.
