Located within the busy surrounds of Gold Coast Airport, The Sand Bar is a commercial hospitality fitout designed to bring a relaxed, coastal character to a high-traffic terminal environment. MAMO terrazzo was selected to introduce colour, texture and visual energy, creating a surface language that feels both playful and commercially considered.
With its distinctive aggregate detail and tonal depth, the terrazzo brings warmth and personality to the space while supporting the practical needs of a hospitality setting. The result is a memorable airport venue with a material palette that feels fresh, durable in appearance and well-suited to repeated daily use.
